These cottages have all luxuries such as a hall, terrace, balcony etc and have these things in a way usable by the disabled people. For example the bathrooms of these cottages have facilities that allow disabled people to have a bath. These are also bars to help in easy mobility of these people.

The transportation provided by these cottages is also great. They use vehicles that are fit for use by the disabled people. They have separate entrance for disabled people. It is of much lower height than the other.
